The Watchman's Post

This last month God has been doing so construction in my spiritual life, physical life, and mental life.
Each time I go to work on the grounds of the campus the lord talks to me and teaches me new meanings of being patient.
This past month Satan's attacks have been more on unity between both the staff and the students
but we have seen these attacks and we are watching out for each other everyday and night.
But it is still hard to fight him cause he knows every weak spot.
So we are seeking God more each day so that we can be closer to Him and Satan from us.
I have been getting along with the students I have made some very good friendships with them
we have been having some assume intercession times and work duty times.


Prayer Requests

1.I am trying to find churches or people to help sponsor me for Thailand
so if you know any one that might be interested please let me know.

2.God has been teaching me a lot of different things and some time it is overwhelming what I learn.

Summer is ending and winter is just around the corner. This last month was full of events and fun times
with my Friends here is at the campus.
The first thing that happened this month was Set Apart. This event was put on by all the teenagers from the churches in the surrounding area. They had it here at the campus from Friday afternoon to Saturday morning. During that time we had worship, meal fellowship, games, and some really cool intercession times. All ages of people came and experienced Gods love and Holiness in many different ways.
It was an amazing time.

Every year the Bull family from the church I go to puts on this thing called a corn roast it is a free event
were many people come and eat lots of very good corn and fried chicken. They also thing called
a tractor pull, it is a small tractor that is powered by people peddling it. The tractor attached to a small trailer that is loaded with 150 pound medal blocks and you have to pull it as fare as you can.
Sounds easy well when the tractor moves so do the blocks. The blocks start from the back of the trailer
when you start peddling the blocks start moving to the front of the trailer were attached to the bottom is a medal plate. At first it is barely touching the ground but when the blocks move forward it presses
on the ground and the more you peddle the more the blocks move and press down on the medal plate .
I went 201/2 feet and so did many other people only three guys to the full length of the track.
It was really fun and exciting to do that.

Prayer Requests:

1. I am earning up for out reach and I am trusting God will bring it in.

2.Need to find some more supporters.

3. The church that my parents go to in Baltimore is praying about supporting me
but they want to meet me first.

4.Please pray that I can find the time and the money to go down there.

5.For the past month I have been on a one meal a day fast.
In this fast God has been reveling a lot things that I haven't noticed before.

6.Also DTS is starting next Sunday so things are going to be busy
from now to the end of February.

Well everyone Another month has past and it was a busy one. On the 19Th of July I turned 23 years old it was an exciting day, some of my friends took me out to see transformer's.

I also went to Silver Lake MI for a family reunion I had a blast my uncle don set up a slip and slid on the sand dunes that we right next to the lake.

the slide went down the dunes and into the water.

we had a costume slip and slid contest were a couple of us dressed up and slid down the slide. Ge's who I am? give up I am the one with my hands in the air. Also ge's who won the contest?

The one with the long white hair.

We also had model boat contest were my Uncle Don my dad and my other uncles built a basic frame for a model boat and the let the kids do the rest.

I had a great time building those boats and seeing what the kids put on them.

It was a very fun a relaxing vacation

Greetings everyone

well the (SBF) students have graduated and things are quiet here at the base.

Things are going good around here I am keeping the grounds looking great

and I am busy piling wood that we cut down. About a week or two ago a group from a church came and cut 40 to 50 trees down I helped cut the trees up in to logs it was fun. One my jobs now is to gather the wood and bring it to the wood lot where we store the wood so it can be split and stacked to dry out be for winter. For this forth of July I will be helping youth center in chetek sell brats, hot dogs and many other things I am excited.

In about two weeks or so I am turning 23 wow time goes fast. This September will be the fourth year that I have been with Ywam. I came to Ywam when I was 19 and now I am turning 23.

I can't wait to see what God has in-store for me for this next year.

Greetings all 

April has ended and may has begone. But many things happened in this last month so lets get to.

Things got really busy these last three weeks. The fonder of this campus Bill Lemke turned 90 on April 25/2009 so three weeks before his birthday I had to start preparing for it because some of the staff wanted to have a birthday party for him. This was going to be a big party. Some of the staff started planing for it three weeks before and that Included me. I had to rake all the lawns and clean up branches it was a lot of work but it was all so fun. The good thing about raking is it cleans away all the dead leaves, grass and, anything else that might be on the ground. So that the grass will grow. On Friday the day before the party everyone was very busy decorating and setting tables and chairs up. We had a big tent set up for people to eat in. It was a lot of work setting all the tables and chairs to go in there. The day of the party about 300 people came, quite a few of them were family and the rest were friends. It was a fun birthday party.

On another note my two friends Zach & Christine  and I started working as volunteers at this youth center called The Garage. work there every Friday night and some times Saturday nights for 7:00pm to 10:00pm. It is a lot of fun hagging out with the kids and being a rolmodel for them. 

I feel this is one of the minstries God called me to do and I love it. Please Pray that my friends and I seek God on who to shine his light on these kids.

The Watchman's Post watch date 4.4.09

Things here on the campus has been slow but good.

(SBF) started a week and a half ago and the students are studying a lot.

Reminds me when I did my (SBF) back in 2006.

In about one week some of my friends and I will be voluntary working at a youth center called the Garage. What we will be doing is just hanging out with the kids, being friend or big brother to those who may not. I am exited that God has called me to do this. 

God has been reveling some cool things to me since I got back from Thailand.

I feel God is calling me to three places Thailand, Chetek WI, and Ywam North woods.

How this is going to work is this.  

Every year I will go with the teams that go to Thailand and work with them.

Then when I am back in the U.S I will work with the Youth Center in Chetek and during the week when I am not working at the Youth Center, I will be working here at the Ywam North woods Campus. But even thou I have these plans there has been one very important lesson God has been teaching me (Be flexible in what ever you do). Cause you never know when God will call you to do some thing else for a while or for ever. When that happens we need to trust in Him and do it with faith. 

I love God so much and know what every God calls me to do it is good and He knows what He is doing.

I give you this challenge if God is calling you to do some thing, wait for his instruction and then do it.

The Watchman's Post watch date (3.6.2009) Thailand Report

Hey everyone

well I'm back for Thailand and it was a blast.

I am still getting over jet lag and the time zones Thailand has a twelve hour difference from the US. But other than that things are going well.

DTS is over we had the graduation ceremony last Friday.

Now we have three weeks until The School of Biblical Foundations starts so right now we are resting and getting ready for that school.

I bet you are wondering what we did in Thailand, so here are some pictures

to show what we did. I put some thing with the pictures to explain what is in the picture

This is called a Sung Tell it was our main source of getting to places in the city and to get to Nahong.

we had one sung tell packed with our bags and the other we had to ride in. We had 17 people

and we all packed our selves into the back of this thing.

This is my second grad class that another team mate and I taught.

This is our after school ministry were we would teach the kids Bible stories
and just hanging out with the kids.

The Watchman’s Post
Tis the season and things are going well for the
month of December. We had our Christmas love
feast here at the campus on Tuesday the 16th.
It was a fun filled night, we had dinner then after
dinner we sang some worship and Christmas songs.
Then we handed out gifts to all the staff and students,
it was interesting to see what everyone got.
I got this really cool picture from one of my friends.

This picture show nails forming a Cross with the
blood of Jesus on the ends of the nails. It also shows chains
wrapped around the cross with ends of the chains shattering.
The border around the picture has whipping marks covering the border.
There are two bible verses, one on the top and one on the bottom
Isaiah 53:5 and Isaiah 55: 8.
Things are going well for outreach prep, we have
started practicing dramas and we are doing well on
learning the basics of the Thai language. The most important thing that we are learning is unity. Every meeting we have as a team brings us closer together because when we go to Thailand we will need to work as a team and have good unity with one another. I’m a little nervous about the trip, but I am also willing to face the challenges that will be there in Thailand.
Please pray for the team and me. Outreach prep can get trying and can push people to their limits. I have most of the money I need to go, and I would like to thank everyone who helped me thought donations to go on this outreach to Thailand.

Watchmans's log watch date 9.6.08

Hey everyone well summer is over and winter is near. Also we are getting ready for DTS so far we have 9 students coming but we are praying for more. In my last news letter I told you that God had told me to start getting ready for this years outreach to Thailand.
Since then God has been teaching me many things about his love and grace. One of the things He had me do was memorize 1 Corinthians 13 which talks about how we should love. God wanted me to learn the true meaning in this scripture so that I would learn to live it and use it in every thing I do, say and think. For the past two months now my dad and I have been praying to God about how I could get the money I need for Thailand my dad and I felt that God wanted me to find a part time job at first I was not sure that it was God telling me this but after He confirmed it through different people I knew God was telling me He wanted me to do this. But I don’t feel God wants me to find a job just to earn for Thailand I see this as a mission field. What job has me do it will give me the opportunity to show Gods love through serving. Please be praying for me I will need it.
God is good and anything is possible.

Well July is over and I am twenty two now it fells strange knowing your older than you were a month before. Any way things here at the base are busy the last two weekends, on the 6th of this month all of us single staff went to Michigan to help run a camp call rise up. All of us were counselor's and were assigned to a cabin. When I was a kid I always liked going to camp so I was excited when I helped lead one.

this last weekend we hosted a conference called Set Apart, we had five youth group there and had a total of 150 people there it was assume we had some of the youth pastors speak different topics, worship was amazing when we came together we could feel God moving in the room, one of our staff member Holly did a teaching on God being in everything and being with you even thou you don't think He's their. It really spoke to a lote of people and especially me cause I have been worrying about how I'm going to pay for outreach, but when I listened to what Holly said it made me realize that God will always be there no matter what. But some times it is hard to trust in God cause we do it our way cause we feel our way is easier. God knows what your going to be doing be for you even think of doing it. He had me realize that and I thank him for it, I love God so much He is there when I am asleep, He's there when I awake, He there when I overcome some thing, He's there when I fall, and He is also there when I need some one to comfort me when I am lolly or sad, I will trust in Him with my life, everything I have is his nothing is mine any more it's a his my life is his, why because He loves me and I love Him ''1 Corinthians 13:7 (It always protects, always trusts, always hops, always perseveres love never fails.)

Always trust in God cause He will always take care of you always.

Please pray for me I really need it, I can't do anything with out God and I don't want to.

I am back from my trip to Virgina and I am glad to be home.
The ride home was long but thing went well when we got back.
thing are quiet around here all the students are gone and most of all the staff are on summer vacation. On July 19Th I will be turning 22 years old I'm excited.
also the 27Th of July I will be working at the Lake Geneva youth camp. I will be there for one week It is going to be fun.

this year I feel God is calling me to back to Thailand. last year I could go because I didn't have the amount of money I needed to go and God tolled me that I wasn't ready yet.

But last spring I was having my morning time with God when I heard God tell me to start getting ready this years outreach to Thailand.

I wasn't sure at first so I prayed on it for a few days cause I wanted to be sure that it was God telling me this. After those few days I knew it was God.

So I started studying the bible and reading it every day. I also started studying The Thai language so when I go back there I will be able to know a little bite of what they say to me. It is not easy but I will do my best

But for me to do this there are two major things I am going to need. The first one is Funds if you or any one you know would be able to give towards this outreach it would help me out a lot The cost will be $2000 but you don't have to give that much give what you feel is right, but the most important thing I need is prayer there is a lot of spiritual war fare in Thailand and I need all the protection I need from God and praying helps a lot
If you and your family could pray for me it will help me fulfill Gods plan for Thailand.
Last year I was part of a prayer and intersession team. We prayed for the team that went to Thailand, when they came back they said that the prayer help them shield them selves from Satan's evil forces, so they could show the people Gods love.
The outreach doesn't go until January 1 but I want to start get ready now so I'm not late.

I will update you about the outreach when i now more info about it till then

Things are going well, right now I am in boston with my friends Brandon and korah
visiting there family it is interesting on sunday june 22 I visitied to my church and youth group in Virgina. It was great I got to see my friends that I haven't seen for two years I was excited.
we still have two weeks till we go back to the YWAM campus in Wisconsin but I will be happy when we get back so I can be home.

Well I hope you all liked my video news letter. This week I am getting ready to go on a three week work vacation what I mean by that is I will be relaxing from my regulare work but doing some support rasing and helping out with a youth camp. It is going to be fun I will be able to visit my youth group and my sending that I have not seen four two years so it will be exciting to see them. I plan on takeing pictures so I can keep you all up to date on what gose on in that time.
things are winding down for the end of SBF, yep SBF has only two and a half weeks left and then
Summer break comes all the staff will take there vacations then and there will be almost no one here on the campus four a month some people will be here to keep the place runing.

Hey everyone well the Friday night meeting went well we had a lot of fun playing football and volley ball with the youth groups that came.

The worship time went well a lot of the kids wanted to be prayed for and wanted to seek God more it was great.

We have been getting a lot of nice weather here at the campus.

work around the campus has been joyful, I tell

when you involve God in every work that you do

during your whole day you will enjoy every moment of it.

this weekend we I am going with the SBF student to A town called Rylander.
The students will be helping teach there Sunday school and Tom the director and two of the students Tyler & Bethany will be leading the church service. Tom will be preaching and Tyler & Bethany will be sharing there testimonies. I will be interceding the and praying to help keep any of the enemy from getting in to mess things up.
Also this summer I will be Visiting my sending church and my youth group in Virgina and I am excited cause I have not seen them for a while.

God has Been doing some very cool thing in my life He has been getting me ready for next years outreach to Thailand. it is still a long ways away but He wants me to start getting prepared now so that I will be ready to go out and do what he wants me to do. I feel that I am called to Thailand
not to be there permanently but to be apart of the team that we are forming to be the main team to go to thailand every year. I am doing my best to prepare for this But I need your help

God is amazing he knows how to awaken a spirit that you never known you had. He did that to me to day He awoke something in side of me that I never knew was there. There is music going through my head that is giving me the joy of the Lord, I feel God spirit in side of me like never before I have never felt this before it is ... WONDERFUL, GLORIOUS, & BREATH TAKING.
